WEBSITE SERVICES

eGive webhosting packages (in association with Broadway Infotech)

eGive is a service provider to small non-profits and occasionally to small business.

As part of our services we offer a number of hosting and web packages to potential users of eGive who do not already have their own web sites. These are stand-alone packages (no subscription to eGive is required) and the descriptions and costs are given below. There are three different packages available.

ABOUT eGIVE

Most organisations choose to have their own web sites and to link to eGive in order to use our CRM (contact relationship manager), donation services, ecommerce site, membership module and other services. Further information on these can be found on our web site at:

Organisations using eGive also get their own web pages on eGive. Note that subscription to eGive is purchased separately and is not included with the services described below.

PACKAGE 1 : 3 PAGE WEBSITE

A. PAGES
Pages will be CMS Enabled (content management system – allows self editing without HTML coding)

	Contact Us form
Note the names and content of these pages can be changed.

B. DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION
Domain Name registration for one year for .com and 2 year for .com.au (other prices on application)

C. WEB HOSTING
This includes the following three facilities

	100 MB Space
	3 email addresses
	Webmail

D. BANNER
Will include professionally designed image-only banner

E. CONTENT
Content will be added as well if given in digital format ( Option to do it yourself as well)

F. SELF MANAGEMENT (CMS)
The website is set up as a CMS site allowing you to upload/change your logo, banner etc. along with changing the Colour scheme of the site.

G. COST:
Setup Cost: $ 199 one off
Ongoing: Cost of $ 33 P/M (includes annual Domain Name registration, all web hosting and website support)

PACKAGE 2 : 5-6 PAGE WEBSITE

PACKAGE 3 : 10-20 PAGE WEBSITE (Option of creating subcategories of page as well)

Important Notes:

	Design of the website will be standard where organisation will be able to add their logo, banner, contents on the pages and name their pages accordingly.
	Ability to change the color scheme of the site
	Ability to add meta tage, title, description of the site for SEO purpose.
	Ability to define email address where they will receive email from the contact us page.
	These sites will be completely independent websites.
	All Prices quoted above are including GST
